Six new tourism businesses have joined The Long Run Initiative as Long Run Alliance Members (LRAMs): Campi ya Kanzi and Lemarti’s Camp in Kenya; Grootbos Nature Reserve and Nirox Foundation in South Africa; Comrie Croft Estate in Scotland; and Pacuare Lodge in Costa Rica. These locations are embarking on an exciting journey that will see a positive shift in their business practices, which they will achieve through the balance of the 4Cs: Conservation, Community, Culture and Commerce.

“The End of the Line”, the inaugural winner of the PUMA.Creative Impact Award, is a documentary film revealing the impact of overfishing on the world’s oceans. The PUMA.Creative Impact Award is one of the newest additions to PUMA’s list of creative awards and is focused on honouring documentaries which have a significant impact on world issues. This 50,000 Euro Award was established by Jochen Zeitz, CEO Sport & Lifestyle Group and CSO of PPR and Chairman of the Board of PUMA and founder of the Zeitz Foundation. While the financial reward is aimed at encouraging best practice in the filmmaking community, the main impetus for the Award is to draw attention to the role of film to creatively and effectively convey messages of social justice, peace and environmental issues around the world.
